How we work
Unhurried and one-on-one. Where it hurts, how you move, and what your life has asked of your body.
Pain is rarely where the problem started. We follow it back to where it actually lives.
Hands-on care to settle things down, then movement and strength so the change holds.

Meet your therapist
Pelvic floor and women’s health specialist with a whole-person approach: manual therapy, dry needling and movement, one-on-one for the whole visit.

Return To You
Physical therapy that treats the whole person: where it hurts, how you move, and what your life has asked of your body.
Pain is rarely where the problem started. Most of what we carry shows up somewhere else first: a tight hip, a stubborn shoulder, a back that gives out on ordinary days.
We listen, trace the pain back to where it actually lives, and treat the root instead of the symptom.
Healing demands time, and a story.
What we help with
Leaking, pelvic pain, pain with sex, heaviness or pressure. Common, but not something you have to just live with.
Menstrual and pelvic health, and how your cycle and season of life shape the way you move and heal.
The ache that settles, then returns on an ordinary day. We look for what keeps feeding it.
Back, neck, hips, knees and shoulders. A clear plan back to training, running and the things you love.
Targeted dry needling for tight, guarded muscles, paired with hands-on care and movement so the change holds.
Strength, balance and confidence in movement after a neurologic diagnosis.
